From code to management, without ever leaving the product.

I joined Intime Info as an intern in 2021. As a full-stack developer, then team lead, and today Head of Engineering, I keep growing the same product family. I moved Intime HR and products across FinTech, PBX/telephony, EdTech and e-commerce from monolithic codebases to modern .NET Core / Vue.js and microservice architectures.

In B2B sales meetings with Türk Telekom and Vodafone dealers I personally own technical feasibility and pre-sales architecture. Server infrastructure, production releases and system continuity are on my desk too.

Team Management

4 teams across Backend, Frontend and UI/UX; sprint goals and engineering standards.

Pre-Sales & Feasibility

The technical partner who listens to the customer, makes the go / no-go call and closes the deal.

Infrastructure & DevOps

IIS, Nginx, Ubuntu, Docker and MSSQL optimisation; the whole production environment.

  • Drawing the pre-sales architecture in B2B sales meetings with Türk Telekom and Vodafone dealers.
  • Product roadmap of the 17-module Intime HR platform with 1,000+ enterprise customers.
  • Windows IIS, Nginx, Ubuntu and MSSQL; all production releases and system continuity.

  • Led the migration of Intime HR from monolithic ASP.NET MVC to .NET Core + Vue.js.
  • Open banking, payroll protocols, access-control hardware, Türkkep / Kamu SM e-signature and WhatsApp Business API integrations.
  • Delivered NikaChat (SignalR) and Zafer Zone (K12 + Garanti vPOS); sprint management on an in-house Kanban tool.
